The 14-day guarantee
You can request a full refund of a Prompt Organizer Pro purchase within 14 days of payment. No questions asked. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form to fill out.
How to request a refund
Email support@promptorganizer.app from the address you used at checkout, or include your Stripe receipt so the purchase can be found. That is all that is needed.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe typically posts the refund within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
Pro activation is stored locally in your browser, so a refund does not automatically switch it off. Once your refund is issued, please deactivate Pro in the app or clear the local activation, and continue on the free tier. The free tier keeps your full prompt library, organization, tools, and vault backup.
Outside the 14-day window
If more than 14 days have passed and something is wrong, email support@promptorganizer.app anyway. Reasonable requests are handled case by case.
