Operator
Prompt Organizer is operated by MCK Strategy. Contact support@promptorganizer.app for support or account-related questions.
Local-first app behavior
Prompt Organizer stores core app data in your browser. You are responsible for maintaining exports, vault backups, browser profiles, and device security appropriate for the value of your prompt library and files.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or app to violate laws, infringe others' rights, disrupt service availability, or attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, or security controls.
Prompt Library accounts and submitted content
The Prompt Library at library.promptorganizer.app is a hosted service operated by MCK Strategy. Browsing and downloading public items is free and does not require an account. You can create a free account to submit items, rate them, build collections, and create access keys. The Privacy Policy explains what data the service stores.
- Accounts: you provide an accurate email address and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any access keys secure. The Prompt Library is not directed to children under 13. MCK Strategy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Your content and the rights you grant: you keep ownership of the prompts, references, skills, and agent packs you submit. By submitting an item you confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or include confidential information, secrets, credentials, or other people's personal data. When you publish an item publicly, you grant MCK Strategy and other users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, distribute, and let others view, copy, download, and import that item through the service. This license continues for copies others made while the item was public, even after you later remove it.
- Content standards: do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, malicious (such as malware or attacks designed to compromise other systems), deceptive, hateful, or otherwise harmful, and do not submit other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Review and moderation: submitted items may be reviewed and are scanned automatically for safety and prompt-injection patterns before they appear publicly. MCK Strategy may reject, unlist, change the visibility of, or remove any item, and may decline or remove a handle, bio, rating, or collection, at its discretion.
- Ratings and engagement: rate items honestly. Do not manipulate ratings, download or import counts, or other engagement signals.
- Access keys and the API: access keys and the library API are for your own use. Do not exceed published rate limits, attempt to access items you are not authorized to access, or use the service to scrape or disrupt it. MCK Strategy may revoke keys or restrict access for abuse.
- Email digest: the weekly digest is optional and uses double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any digest email.
- Reporting and takedown: to report infringing, abusive, or unsafe content, contact support@promptorganizer.app. MCK Strategy responds to valid requests and may remove content.
- Deleting your data: you can delete items you submitted from your dashboard, update your handle and bio, and revoke access keys at any time. To delete your account, contact support@promptorganizer.app. The service is provided “as is” and library availability may change.
Payments and Pro features
Paid checkout is handled by Stripe. Pro activation is stored locally in your browser and is separate from any Prompt Library account — a Prompt Library account is not required for Pro, and Pro is not required for a Prompt Library account. Keep purchase records and local activation backups where available. Pro purchases are covered by a 14-day refund window; see the refund policy.
No professional advice
Prompt Organizer is a productivity tool. Outputs, prompts, file transformations, token estimates, and documentation are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Availability and changes
The static site and browser app may change over time. Local-first architecture means exported files and vault backups are the best way to keep durable copies independent of site availability.
